Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Chest After A Popping Sensation

my friend has used meth for almost 16 years. seems to constantly have back pain and stiffness. He was in a car accident in 07. everytime he moves his joints seem to crack. he can crack his neck very frequently. also, straightens his back which pops and so does his chest!!! he poped it yesterday and his chest is swollen, noticably, in tremendous pain. i felt it and can barely be touched. i swear bones are fractured. there was NOTHING besides that that could of caused it.
