I am 52 years old have has a significant wait gain over the last year went from 220 to 260 lbs. Have arthritis in my hands. Just flew across country to a 3 day convention. Standing 5 to 6 hours a day while I was there my feet and ankles and hands swelled a lot. Painful to walk. Flew home slept over night went down some. Went out to eat 45 min. Swollen again. Two toes have a purplish look but not painful I suffer from high blood pressure. Recently had to increase my doseage
