Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Labia Minora

I cut my left labia minora ( not sure how to spell ) with my finger nail , it started to itch so I scratched it I tried appling hot water to take the itching sensation away but that just made it swollen .. now it s 2 times bigger than my right side . What can I do to reduce the swelling ? I assume the two cuts are infected , I m using neosporn to help heal it .
