HI
Well come to HCM
If it is the pain after the surgical procedure, (pain of lower limb after inguinal hernia repaired) it may not be post surgical complication but it seems to be due to posture that might be due to bed rest position because of surgery and not it self due to surgery, this might developed the muscular spasm and it can be managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen, now try to maintain good posture during sleep, it can also be managed with physiotherapy, hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
