Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Lower Body And Genitals

I have extreme swelling in my lower body and genitals. I am on oxygen 24-7 and very weak difficulty walking. I have compressed lungs from weight. The cardiologist said my heart was not pumping enough blood, but it was not CHF. He gave it a name starting with a C treatment oxygen, weight loss, diuretics, limited fluids, Do you know what term he was using.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cardio pulmonary disease then such symptoms are likely here the dose of diuretic need to be increased some time over hydration may cause the symptoms, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
