I am a 72 year old uncircumcised male who had inguinal hernia surgery almost two weeks ago. For the past few days, I've had discomfort and abnormal swelling in my penis. I cannot move the foreskin. I plan to see my doctor as soon as possible but whatbshould I do in the meantime?
