i want to share a problem It s wid me from my childhood Whenever go to toilet My penis swells due to very tiny opening On that due to which it let me more time n uncomforted while passing urine N makes unhygienic too. Can u help me please Yes I had a small cut given by a family doctor To treat this opening It was given when I was small But it turned to normal ( small) again after few days . Please reply what should I do ??

This is simple case of Phimosis. A surgeon would do circumcision ( round removal of penis tip skin) after which it will take a week or ten days to heal and problem will be solved.
Small cut is also done in some communities as a tradition. But at this age surgical procedure would be required.
