Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Arms When Diagnosed With Anxiety And Back Pain

I regulary smoke mmj several times a day to help with my anxiety and back pain. I haven t smoked in about 2 days and this morning I woke up to the veins in my arms feeling really swollen/hard. It feels like a combination of numbness/smacking my funny bone and wearing a blood pressure cuff. This only happens when I dont smoke. After I do, I feel fine. Should I be concerned about lung/hesrt problems or a blood clot? It feels like the circulation in my arm isnt great, and the feeling is most intense near the inside of my elbow. Its been about 10 hours so Im starting to get concerned

It could be a thrombophlebitis. Consult a general surgeon and get evaluated. A vascular Doppler is required to evaluate the causes.
