Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Feet

I m male 30 and have noticed my feet are puffy and swollen. I am of healthy weight do not smoke cigarette do not smoke marijuana really almost never drink alcohol. My feet aren t sore are experiencing any pain mainly just numb pins and needles. I don t believe I have any existing conditions to contribute to this but I do know my father had haemochromatosis and I have had a very sedentary lifestyle over the last year just wondering if that could be the contributing factor to poor circulation

hemachromatosis is autosominal dominant mean an transfers from either parent with only 1 gene need to be defected .. ur father is having so might u have this disease n this disease has excessive iron deposition ..this lead to multiple issues like liver failure i.e cirrhosis , heart prob,dm etc.. if u were my patient I will do through m exam m also do some test like iron studies , usg abdomen n echo etc... swelling can be due to heart or liver prob need to rule out n then need to be fix... iron cheating therapies can be given ...
I hope this answered your question, if you have more feel free to ask.

Regards.
