Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Fingers

I recently took a job where there is a lot of physical activity, especially with my arms and hands. I wake up in the middle of the night and my hands and fingers are extremely swollen. I noticed that my knuckles also look bruised. I am 48 years old...Female...apporx 180 pounds...six feet one inches tall.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the symptoms started after having job then this could be due to occupational hazard, you need maintain good movement of arms, or use proper gear for this or have some guideline for the same, or else need to quit the job, if this is not after the job and was pre-existing then this could be due to arthritis changes, and this need to be investigated, take care.
