Suggest Treatment For Swelling In The Testicles

I have a testicle that has been bothering me this evening. Seems that there is some swelling not so much the testicle it self, but the cords/tubes around it. Almost as if I had been kicked in the groin. 44 yr old, had a vasectomy 11 yrs ago that did not work. (several children since and a test to confirm active sperm) This pain/swelling is new, never felt before.
