Suggest Treatment For Swelling Near The Anus And Testicles

I have a swollen line of skin going from my anus to my testicals but not all the way up, it is closer to my anus. It is itchy and a little painful but definitely uncomfortable. It just showed up like two days ago all of a sudden. What should I do? I don t have insurance for a doctor. What do you think it is (the name of my condition )? What is something I could try from cvs or walgreens?
