Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Face

after dental work yesterday, temp cap applied, woke up middle of night left side face and upper lip puffy. (side work was done on) called dentist took 2 antibiotic and every 3 hours & 1 benadryl as the puffy ness moved to right side of face, cheek/lip? YYYY@YYYY

Hi,

Applying a cold compress to the swollen area. Applying a warm compress to promote the movement of fluid buildup. Be careful if you do so around the eye area since the skin here is more sensitive. Taking the appropriate allergy medication/antihistamine.
