Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Knee With Bruising
Hi I was at bootcamp last night and toward the end of class noticed that the vein in the front of my knee cap was swollen so when I went home I elevated the leg. When I got up this morning the swelling is gone down to nearly normal but there is a little bruising there. should I be worried? Thanks

Not really, boot camp can be physically challenging and mild injuries are normal. It was smart of you to elevate your legs. Applyba cold pack to the region and may be even use a mild anti-inflammatory drug for a few days if the swelling persists.
