Suggest Treatment For Swelling On The Penis Head

Urologist: I had sex two days ago Wed PM with my wife . I am 65 she is 61. It was the first time in like 9 months and prior was once in a while. Anyway the issue is my foreskin jsut inside the head area is swollen esp under the head of the penis. There is no paint and I can pee normal Is this a serious condition or is it just a little to much activity after a long lay off? I was not circumcised but only have the bottom of the penis skin left now. I think I may have strained it some way but a little scared. Just not srue. I think I remember this happen like 30 years ago when I had sorta hard sex. any ideals.

Hello,

You can have inflammation of glans penis that is called balanitis. The rough sex or unaccustomed position in sex can be responsible as you are suspecting.

You can take a course of an anti-inflammatory drug like paracetamol plus serratiopeptidase combination for five days.

If no improvement then you have to consult Urologist for detailed evaluation.
