Suggest Treatment For Swelling, Pain And Redness On Palm Of Hands

so i participate in a step dance program and for 20 minites straight i was stepping which inclides slapping my hands alot and my hand got very swollen and red and i noticed a huge vein popping out on the palm of my hand and the swelling and red went away but there is still that huge vein and it seems to look like a bruise at the same time but i know its a vein how do i help that

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a microtrauma of the palms of the hand. I recommend to use an anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application at the palm area.
