Suggest Treatment For Swollen Abscess On Left Breast

I had an abscess a little over two weeks ago and it is healed somewhat it transferred to under my left breast and popped itself but today I realized a swollen area under my breast not sure what it is but I need a diagnosis to find out if it serious enough for me to go to the hospital.

I really appreciate your concern, this could be lymph node swelling and this could be due to spreading of infection actually this need to be clinically examined and this need to be managed with antibiotic, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
