Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Cheek After Injury

Hi ...my son got hit in the face by a swing. His cheek was swollen and bruised for a couple of weeks. Once the swelling went down, I noticed a hard bump has formed on the cheekbone. He says it doesn t hurt...I ve read this is normal and will go away with time but should I have him checked out anyway?

post injury itis inexpected line. exclude fracture by taking x-ray. apply cold compression.it has developed hematoma. keep it under observation.
