Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Bruised Chin

My chin is bruised and swollen with a blood line in my gums running below my bottom, front teeth from an accident where a box struck my head forcing my jaw to slam my top and bottom teeth together. How do you know if you have a fractured jaw and should I be concerned about the blood line in my gums?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
U have sustained direct injury to ur chin n jaws and ur gums r bleeding. There is possibility of tooth avulesions or jaw #. Better go n meet OROMAXILLOFACIAL SURGEON and take OPG (ORTHOPANTOMOGRAM) to rule out these things
