Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Ankle

Dear Doctor, i am getting swelling on the left side of my left ankle as well as in the inner part of the left ankle. And especially if I stand for a while. Also, a burning sensation there and sometimes in other parts of my leg like behind the knee. What is causing it. Thank you

hi ..for such complaints local examination is necessary. any history of fever recently, or any sort of recent infection??
get complete blood count with ESR and CRP, S.Uric acid level.
Take Signolfam tablet for sympto
m relief.
consult orthopedician with reports.X ray might also be needed.
