General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the raised bumps on the buttocks with sensitive skin and lymph nodes enlargement in groin do indicate soft tissue infection with staph aureus most likely. Guidelines at present:
- Keep the area clean with antiseptic soap or liquid
- Wear loose, clean, cotton clothes
- Avoid tight jeans, silk, terricotton clothes
- Avoid prolong sun exposure
- Local application of calamine lotion or aloe vera gel 3 times a day
- Prescription of antibiotics as cephalosporin analgesic with anti-inflammatory properties as Diclofenac with serratiopeptidase, multi vitamins and minerals for faster recovery.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
