Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m having pain on the right side of my groin. When I have to urinate and can t go right away I feel pain. I m up 2-3x sometimes 4x at night to urinate. Right side of groin is swollen and so is the inner thigh of my right leg. When I sit for a period of time the front side of my right leg seems to cramp up. I also have pain in my lower back. But this might be of being overweight. Pain meds do not help at all. I also feel sick to my stomach everyday.
hello A physical check up by a physician is required to know if swelling is due to deep nodes. If you are a male, then your urine symptoms call for assessment of prostate gland by ultrasound and per rectal examination by a urologist for any enlargement of the gland.Accordingly, the treatment shall follow. If no prostate, and in case you are a female, doctors have to examine nodes in groin and rule out pelvic inflammatory disease.cramping in leg muscles may be associated with inflammation of nodes due to infection. All this has to rule out.Backache is frequent with overweight but frequency of urine must be explored with urinalysis, tests Best wishes, Regards
