Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Legs
My son is 24 years old. He s used Haroin in the past. He said he woke up one day and couldn t use his left leg. Its swollen, especially around the knee. When He tries to walk normally his leg collapses and he falls. He says the pain has gotten unbearable and keeps him from being able to sleep. What could this be?

In my opinion your son is most probably suffering from septic arthritis probably due to his past IV drug abuses. If I were your treating doctor I would prescribe xray and synovial biopsy to close in on the diagnosis.
