Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Testicles
I got stung by a bee through my pants on my testicles. I was wondering if that is a bad place to get stung or just embarrassing, my sack is all swollen and I guess I was just wondering if getting stung there was worse than other places.
1.The history suggest inflammation / infection / allergic reaction after a bee bite. 2.The investigation of choice in this case will be ultrasoundscrotum. 3.Ultrasound will help the reason for the swelling weather from the testis itself or surrounding fluid collection or vascular / chord dilatation, and condition of testis and blood supply can be assessed. 4.Dependin on the findings allergic reaction can be treated with anti allergic medication. 5.In case of infective / inflammatory reaction a course of antibiotics will help. 6.Donot delay as possibilities of complications are there. Good luck.
