Suggest Treatment For Swollen And Painful Testicles
My son is 12 and he sat on his testicles are he said the was in pain. After about 6 hr. His testicles are painful red and swollen. We put ice on them and it is about the same. Is there anything I can do or should I be conceded that it is something else.

I have gone through your question and understood your concerns. Testicular trauma may lead to testicular torsion and testicular hematoma. Torsion is emergency and needs urgent operation to untwist the testis. While testicular hematoma is less serious thing. To diagnose it we will need Ultrasound and Doppler studies along with appropriate clinical examination. At present you need to see a surgeon who after clinical examination and with help of investigation will a suitable diagnosis. Then will be in position to advice a suitable treatment.

I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Torsion testes ,which would require immediate releasing by mannual reversal or DETORSION ,if its possible, from Urologist or Surgeon would resolve this emergency condition in children at this age.
Its emergency condition, and immediate surgery is needed to save the testes.Usually unilateral condition.
USG study with Doppler would fix the cause,which needs to be treated in 3-4 hrs to save the testes.
If not relieved needs immediate Surgery for untwisting the torsion testes with orchiopexy to prevent the recurrence.
