Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had a mild sore throat for over a month - mostly in the back of throat but also very sensitive around the Adams apple. Today the area around my Adam's apple feels swollen, hurts to swallow, and is very sensitive to touch. The pain is primarily to the direct right if the apple and above. It almost feels strained, pulled or enlarged. I'm worried it could be serious & don't have health insurance.
