Suggest Treatment For Swollen Ankle After An Injury
I was sitting on a mattress near the floor, I was stretching over to grab something when I heard my ankle pop. Ever since then, its been swelling up. Especially if I am wearing flats. Also, sometimes it feels like a small pin is poking me. Is there something wrong?
