In dec I went to the H and they told me my appendix was swollen and then they went in and looked at every thing around it and once I was awake they told me that it was swollen but not enough for them to pull it out now it s 7 months and I feel like it s swollen again what should i do ?
Hi. Thank for your query. Noted the history going to the hospital wherein you were told that you ave appendicitis, swollen one, but not enough for them to pull it out. Now it is 7 months and you feel that it is swollen again. I would advise you the following: - Go for the routine tests of blood, urine and stool. Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen can get you the correct diagnosis and take a second opinion of another General Surgeon. He would operate if the clinical picture and the investigations point out that there is appendicitis.
