Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Swollen cervical glands may be due to chroic infection in the neck or face or it may be due to lymphomas or auto immune or connective tissue disorders.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it FNAC or lymph nodes biopsy and according to it may be treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
