I have irritated and swollen clitoris, and slightly reddened labia, these symptoms started after a course of penicillen, so I used two treatments of monostat, and that did not clear it up. I am guessing I have bacterial vaginitus, so I tried a douce containing prvone iodine for seven days cleared up for a couple and has started again is there a oral medication or topical medication I can use
