Hi,
Thanks for your question.
After going through your question, I can understand your concern.
There are many causes for cubital lymphadebopathy.
There is a need for detailed history taking and clinical examination.
There is a need for detailed superficial lymph nodes examination at other sites like axillary, inguinal, cervical including cubital lympnodes.
For deeper lymph nodes evaluation there may be need for chest x ray,
Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis (which helps in evaluation of thoracic & abdominal lymph nodes) along with Liver & spleen size and shape can be evaluated.
Depending upon symptomatology and clinical examination there may be need for following investigations -
-
Complete Blood Count.
- CRP
- ESR
- Liver function test.
- Renal function test.
- Urine examination.
- Mountoux test.
- HIV testing.
In some cases special investigations like
lymph node biopsy,
CT scan for Chest, abdomen and pelvis may be needed.
Depending upon cause appropriate treatment can be planned.
Till then use some pain killer with anti-inflammatory like
aceclofenac with serratopeptidase.
Hope this helps you, if so do vote as helpful.
