Suggest Treatment For Swollen Eye

hi my left eye feels swollen and hurts to the touch i have bad sinus most of the time but what scares me is my left side of face feels numb. i do have high blood pressure and take meds for it trying to get it under control also have high aniexty and depression . I am afraid of it being a stroke

It is not a stroke. Inflammatory condition which has effected left side of face and eye. get complete eye test done by eye doctor. Vision fundus iot be measured. Any problem detected may be treated. x-ray PNS. be taken. For inflammatory condition systemic antibiotic analgesic anti inflammatory should be taken. With these investigation a diagnosis can be made.
