Suggest Treatment For Swollen Feet During Pregnancy

Hello! I am 24 weeks pregnant. I am in my third pregnancy. I have nevered had swelling in my feet, but I am wearing house shoes (slippers) and my feet are swollen. Should I be worried? I am also a littled dizzy? Whats going on? I am having a boy if that matters

because during pregnancy has to increase blood pressure and developed feet swelling.
