Suggest Treatment For Swollen Foot With Sores

I have a very swelled foot i twisted it two days ago and now my toes have started splitting and i have severly sore open spots on my foot i have tried soaking it in a warm water and peroxide solution and i have taken motrin nothing is helping what can i do
