Suggest Treatment For Swollen Forehead After Applying Bleach To My Hair
I bleached my hair last night with a 40 vol developer it never burned or anything but last night it really burned so i washed it off fast and half an hour later i bleached it again for another 10 mins... i feel that my scalp is so dry ..no itch or anything.... but I just noticed that my forehead is swollen... is it anything serious or it goes away by itself?
