Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a severe throat infection leading to Pharyngitis and Tonsillitis..
It is commonly caused due to bacterial throat infection or strep throat..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like throat swab culture can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to take a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen or Naproxen, do warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and use a humidifier in your room.
You can also gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine to relieve pain..
You can suck throat lozenges and chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
