Suggest Treatment For Swollen Labia Minora And White Discharge

I noticed yesterday that my labia minora (the area directly beside my vaginal opening) is swollen. It's not white or anything, just swollen and uncomfortable. Also, there is a white discharge leaking from the vaginal hole though. Could you please help me understand what is going on?
