Suggest Treatment For Swollen Leg With Watery Discharge

My left leg has been swollen disproportionate to my right for two decades. I have a lesion on the left leg the size of my fist. The clear watery discharge from my leg lesion smells like sour milk. The lesion occasionally feels as though it is being stabbed with an ice pick. I keep the lesion clean and covered but it never seems to heal. What can I do about any (or all) of these?

The type of picture you are giving suggest lymphatic edema and this could be due to infection of the lymphatics. The cause has to be ascertained first then only treatment can be charted out.
