Hello,

As per your complain you have suffered allergic reaction to Methamphetamine leading to swollen and blistered lips along with it heat present in smoke also cause deleterious effects by increasing inflammation. To get relieved first of all avoid smoking in future. Do cool compresses over lips. If there is pain you can take painkillers after consulting a local physician.

You should drink plenty of water to accelerate weaning off from the effect of the drug. In case if there is no improvement in a week consult an allergist and after proper evaluation you will be advised anti-allergic medication and steroids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora
