Hi,
Noted your history of swelling on left
jawbone, sores on forehead, scalp and nose, painful neck, no fever, have kidney and
gall bladder stones.
Your history is suggestive of one of the following:
If the sores are on one side of face and scalp then this may be due to
Herpes Zoster.
Other reasons can be evaluated by a clinical examination by your Doctor, relevant investigations and so on.
If the swelling on a jawbone is a lymph node then it needs an
ultrasonography and FNAC.
If this is
salivary gland then to see for the cause like infection or stone.,
Also ask for the tests of blood.
All these will give a proper diagnosis and thus allow a proper management as per the cause found.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
