Welcome at HCM I have gone through your and being your physcian i completely understand your health concerns. for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hyptertension? any history of TB in past or exposure to TB? are u having fever? any other lymph node swelling in ur body?is swelling on both sides of neck or not? based upon ur history it appear to be a reactive lymph node enlargement. is there any redness and swelling in ur back of neck? any boil in ur arms and neck? are the lymph nodes are painful or painless? have u done ur CBC? ESR? if i were urr atteding physciian i will look for any local cause like boils. after excluding it i will look for systemic causes like TB or lymphoma. in my opinion it should be better for u to be examined by your doctor so that u can be diagnosed properly....u need to get ur CBC , ESR and LDH meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
