Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Node On Right Side Of Neck

Swollen lymph node right side of neck (10 months), fatigue, slight ear pain (off and on), slight drainage, throat tickle and cough (slight - off and on), slight sinus pain combined with swollen sinus membrane. I had a scope of my voice box and tonsils and everything was fine (per specialist).

Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain it seems to be Reactionary Lymphadinitis secondary to Sinusitis and the symptoms of throat tickle and cough, ear ache seems to be due to post nasal drip secondary to sinusitis..
You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to take antibiotics like Levofloxacin,anti-inflammatory painkilelrs like Ibuprofen, decongestants like Phenylephrine, mucolytics like Bromohexine, steroid nasal sprays, saline irrigations, steam inhalations and warm saline gargles..
You can also get an FNAC/ Biopsy of the lymph nodes done to rule out the exact cause of the lymph node enlargement and treatment can be planned accordingly..
Do warm compresses over the lymph nodes..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
