Hi, I am new to this site but am desperate. I raised two baby coons that while they nursed their bottles, would scratch me in the process. My nose inside became very stuffy and crusty inside and I had one lymph node to swell up in my right arm pit then another etc till both arms were swollen and so sore I couldnt sleep. I had no fever but was afraid I might have Cat scratch fever so I started taking an antibiotic called Cephalexin 500 mg. The lymph nodes all went down but I developed hives all over me. So I decided I was having an allerigic reaction. I quit taking it. The lymph nodes are still down but I have the hives at least once a day still and I have been off the meds for nealy two weeks. I can take a benedryl and alliviate the condition but it is very annoying. I also have such bad chronic joint pain and at times when the joint pain gets really bad I will feel achy and flu like all over. I am 49 yrs old and had colon cancer 8 yrs ago. They removed my entire colon and hooked my small intestine back up to the rectum. I have no changes in my breasts. please help
