Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes And Neck Rash

My 45 year old son who has been in good health has swollen lymph nodes, a facial and neck rash that has a distinct horizontal line across his cheek in line with his nose. It begins on the neck coming over the ear and then the cheek to his lip with a few very small sores. They appear to heal somewhat but are still painful. He suffers from fatigue as well. Thank you for your input!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be allergic inflammation or some form of dermatitis.

He can take levocetirizine like anti histaminic drug for his symptoms.

Topical steroid also can be prescribed If doctor feels it after examination. Kindly post photo of lesion to comment further.

If after resolution of rash, enlarged node persist than FNAC can be done for further work up.

Hope this will help you.
Regards,
