Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes Below Collarbone
It appears that I may have swollen nodes below my collar bone very close to my armpit on the right side. It is a slightly raised area of skin, hard and a little bit red. Should I be concerned and do I contact my Oncologist or my family doctor? I am a Melanoma patient; Stage 3, having completed my year of Interferon in the summer of 2013. I just don t want to do anything Panicky as I feel like I am simply more aware of what I feel at any given time now. :(
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, the swelling that you have could be due to some infection but is it is the history melanoma then it needs to be seen for the same, till then it can be managed with anti-biotic and best would be "Tab Cefdinir 300mg" twice in day for 10 days, hope this information helps.
