Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes In The Cervical Region

My son what looks to appear to be swollen cervical lymph nodes. He isn t sick and it s painless. He just had an ultrasound done and it didn t show anything. The doctor just said to keep him on the antibiotics and keep an eye on it. What do you suggest this could be

hi...take antibiotic for 5-7 days...it will resolve..
if not then FNAC examination done...
still diagnosis not possible..BIOPSY examination will confirm the diagnosis and so as treatment..
if all are negative then dont worry...about lymphnode..
