Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph Nodes

33 female hypothyroid ...... have had bronchitis and sinusitis in the past month now swollen lymphnodes in my neck and and throat and chronic fatigue took augmentin for 7 days and lymphnodes still swollen had a lymph node swollen about 4 years ago and it went fromt he size of a quarter tyo the sixe of a corn kournal please help

hello, thanks for your query, elderly woman with lymphnode enlargement since 4 yrs which are progressive should be evaluated.it could be Due to simple infection from ear , nose & throat. tuberculosis, lymphoma, secondary to some growth. kindly evaluate with fine needle aspiration cytology ( fnac) . all the best. take care.
