Hi i was strangled thursday night friday my throat was ok saturday it was very sore today i cant swallow my neck is very swollen my voice has changed severe headaches feeling lost shortness of breath felling sick do you think my symptoms are related to been strangled and will they get better in day or to

Thanks for posting on HCM
swollen neck, hoarse voice and headache are all possible after being strangled.Neck swelling and hoarse voice could be caused by local reaction to stragling. You may not need any special treatment but for symptomatic management.I will suggest you try the following:
-Take a pain/anti-inflammatory drug like tylenol
-Regular sips of water
-Rest well
