Hello, i have what at first seemed to be a very large swollen painful pimple with white head, i popped it clear fluid and blood came out. Next day red swollen huge bump hard size of nickle with a whole in the middle of it; it hurts so bad, its on my hairline by temple. What is it?

From history it seems that there might be having a boil or folliculitis on the part.
Due to popping of lesion there is precipitation of infection resulting huge red swollen lump.
you might require one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning the wound.
Ok and take care.
