Suggest Treatment For Swollen Painful Joints With Fatigue

58 year old female, smoker, 30 lbs. overweight, history of lyme disease and rocky mountain spotted tick fever. on disability for several collapsed discs, now have chronic pain, fatigue, swollen joints mainly wrists and behind knees, bad back, low grade fever at times, some insomnia, flu like symptoms, constantly have zero energy levels.
